List of books for those who want to learn Ulster Irish:
Irish On Your Own, or Now You’re Talking (it is the same book, but the first title is used in America and the second one in Europe)
Taisce Focal, by Róise Ní Bhaoill and Gordon McCoy. It is a book with little stories (not for children) in Ulster Irish, with many words and idioms that are used in Donegal Gaeltacht. The most difficult ones are explained in English at the bottom of every page. A CD is included, with native speakers from Rannafast reading the stories.
An Teanga Bheo: Gaeilge Uladh, by Dónall Ó Baoill. A book in Irish that describes the main features of Ulster Irish. It is a must-have for those who are interested in Ulster Irish
(There are many other books.)
